Radmin
The name of this Famatech-developed application is a mashup of two other words: remote and administrator. You see, Radmin is an application that allows you remotely control other computers. It is a professional remote computer control software application, one of, if not the best around.
Thanks to this software application you can work on a remote computer as if you were sitting in front of that remote computer’s monitor. If someone on your local network needs some help, you can remotely access their computer and provide the help they need. If someone from a remote location also needs help, you can remotely access their computer over the internet and provide the much needed help.
Alternatively, if you want to telecommute, you can access your work computer from home, or from any other location and you can do this effortlessly thanks to Radmin. You are at home, but you can access your desktop and data just like if you were at work.
To get an even better idea of how useful Radmin, here are some of its main features:
- Text and voice chat so that you can communicate with the person you’re offering support to.
- Uses 256-bit AES encryption to ensure the connection with a remote computer is secure.
- Supports Intel AMT (Active Management Technology) which means you can remotely control a computer even if it’s turned off or you are unable to start the operating sytem. You can remotely restart, turn on, or turn off the computer, you can remotely view and change BIOS settings, and you can remotely boot it from a local CD or disk image.
- It comes with an easy to use Explorer-like interface that provides support for drag and drop.
- Simultaneous multiple connections to the same remote screen are supported.
Telecommuting and/or providing assistance to a user on a remote computer, has never been easier and its all thanks to Radmin, a powerful yet easy to use remote computer control software application.
